Hi Tina,
Your diet seems to be ok, however, what ingredients are in your "glider goo"?
Also..you may want to give your gliders two mealworms a week, rather than two a day, mealworms are high in fat.
And no..dont give your gliders cat or dog food, its too high in fat. If your worried about their teeth, try putting a non
toxic tree branch in their cage to chew on.
