yes, some gliders make a hissing sound as you described.
fruit contains water. lack of water or high fat dairy causes constipation. would you eat cat food? cat food is for cats.
the stool should not be runny. first sign of constipation is lethargy. remember water. make sure your glider has access to clean fresh water.
