Actually it depends on the glider. I have one female that getsup everynight at 6:30pm CST. Her sister from the same litter will not get up before Midnight.

This is why it is best to buy from a small private breeder. They know their animals habits and can find a glider who is right for you. I do not recommned taking a glider outside during daylight unless there is complete cloud cover.
