The Female Glider is about 3 months and the Male Glider is about 2 months. The Female Glider is definitely the dominant one. Sometimes she'll hiss at him, and claw at him. And other times she'll start 'preening' him almost. Like, licking him in the ears and stuff. Anybody know if they like eachother or not? My Female Glider won't go in the nest box with The Male Glider so she's just staying out of it so far. Any suggestions? She likes him just fine. There will always be an adjustment period and the hissing is just a way to communicate boundries etc. When I introduced my male to my female I took the nesting box out initially until they got used to each other and were curlilng up together. When I replaced the nest they both took to it togerther. It takes some getting used to sharing such close quarters.
