I think you scared the beegeebers outta her! In the future NEVER chase your glider. Usually, setting the cage pouch on the floor will work.
I would suggest that you start over with giving treats IN the cage. When she comes to you freely to take the treat you can begin opening the door to let her out. She needs to trust you before you let her run around.
Turning of the lights should not matter. If it did not bother her before, it should not now. I only have one glider that hates the lights on. The others don't care.
