we just had the same question...what i found out is you have to call the airlines and ask them if it is ok....plus they will charge extra to carry the glider on with you also you will probably need a certificate of health. will he be carrying the glider on with him or storing him away?...i strongly recommend that he carries the glider on with him. does he have something to carry him in? if not i know a good place where he could get something online!!!
