Your glider will probably be sleeping most of the time that you are in school or at work. You would be bonding with it while at home in the evenings. Could you devote at the least two hours a night with your glider? How much time does your school work take up once you are at home? This is an animal that can live up to 15 years in captivity. Are you sure that it would fit into your lifestyle after you are out of school? These animals will bond to you like nothing I have ever encountered before and will actually grieve the loss of you after having bonded to you if you were to place them with someone else later because they no longer fit your lifesyle. Please give this matter lots of consideration before you make a glider a part of your life because you will become their life.
