I got my female glider first and kept her as the only glider while we bonded for 5 months then got my male. I kept them in seperate cages for 2 months sitting next to each other while I bonded with the male, the female could smell him and communicate through the cage and smell him on me as well. When I put them together there was very little crabbing. I have since introduced another female to the male at least and it went fine also. I am almost ready to introduce the first female. I'm a little nervous and hope all goes well.
