The fact is they are illegal to OWN in California. that doesn't just mean illegal to purchase. The facts are if you get caught with the glider in an illegal state are you prepared to give it up? They will take it away and may destroy it. I don't think the glider should suffer for not doing anything. That is where the responsibilty falls on the owners..
