My pair of sugargliders have had a baby that is 4 weeks OOP that seems to have a serious eye defect.

It appears that one eye has not formed at all. At first I thought that it was just slow to open but there does not appear to be any bulge at all. The eyelid is partially open and does not seem to have any discharge or look like it bothers her at all.

She seems perfectly healthy in every other respect and is actually quite a sweet little thing but I am concern about the eye and wonder if there are any vets in my area that know about sugargliders?

I live in the Mississauga/Brampton area (just outside of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

If anyone knows of a vet in the area or has any information they would like to share please email me.

I have named her Peanut since she was still in the pouch and would like to do what ever is possible to take care of her and make sure that there is nothing seriosly wrong with her (except for the obvious).
