Yes, I am aware of the female becoming pregnant that fast again. She just had a baby oop in Sept. She is only a few weeks pregnant now. Both sides of pouch about the size of a peanut. Last time, (her first was with one joey).Now she is with two. I just hope she carries both and they are healthy. Even if she did conceive more babies later, I don't mind, just more little babies to love and play with. I can handle and take care of these. Then he will be fixed. I don't plan on breeding to sell. Just lots of love for me.

: I hate to be the one to tell you this. You say this will be enough little ones. Marsupials go through a reproductive phase called embryonic diapause. They re-breed the day of or the day after giving birth. So it is most likely that your female is pregnant already and that if you have your male neutered now you may still have little ones again later. The embryos go into a state of stasis until the female is no longer nursing then those embryos will begin their 16 day gestation. I know that you are excited about the little ones. After raising gliders for years I still get excited with each new baby.
