I would think that they would have the same nutritional value unless you were to want to gut load them with calcium first. I gut load my crickets then I freeze them. One more note. You don't mention your gliders age but my young gliders won't touch a bug until they are 4 months oop or older. I think that it is an acquired taste. :o) I hope that I never have to acquire it.
