The % everyone is coming up with are nothing more than opinions of what SHOULD be the optimal values in a gliders diet. They are in no way 'set in stone'. Gliders in the wild will eat whatever they can on any particular given night. And most often - something completely different the next. You can give 25%/75% one night and 50%/50% the next and 75%/25% the next... and so on. Just be sure that if given an excess of one on the other night, you MUST compensate for that another night - making the total balanced diet ranging between (approx) 25%/75% - 50%/50%. Some gliders need more of one food than the other also. If you provide the foods for them, they will eat what they prefer (of course), but they will also eat what their body needs. Remember, gliders are still wild animal, as opposed to domesticated - their natural instinct is survival. BUT if they arent given the opportunity to eat what is needed, they'll eat what they can. Therefore in the end, the best way to go is variety.
