You might want to consider Tofu. It is NOT an animal protein (soy protein) so it may be missing some of the vitamins that the gliders need, but my gliders love it. I mix it in with their fruits and vegies and the gobble it right up. I also feed a pelleted diet (Brisky's) which has all of the vit's and supplements that your glider needs.
