If they don't do something about it, you could alway contact an animal protection agency, like PETA. I work with someone there in the past when one of our local petstores was not taking proper care of their gliders. The store ended up getting fined because they didn't even have the right license to be selling gliders and a number of other exotics. Since then they take me much more seriously when I have something to say about the way they are caring for their animals. Good Luck!!
