I know they're highly social and should have a buddy of thier own species, but too many people make the mistake of getting 2 because they think they MUST have another glider or it'll get depressed and die. They end up breeding in a lot of cases and that causes more trouble for the new owners trying to bond with both gliders. Getting one and bonding with it isnt such a terrible thing. Of course if you cant spend as much time with him and at night too then getting another after you're bonded and have thought about the breeding vs same sex pair vs possible neutered male with either sex. I do know what you're saying tho. Me? Well actually I do stay up a lot at night and play with mine. Im homeschooled too so I have a lot of the day for bonding time and I can take them to work with me too.
