I use the Brisky's multi-vitamin for gliders or Chapperal(sp?), I mix this in with their favourite drink, soy milk, and you don't use much (1/8 of a teaspoon per pound of animal which works out to be about 1/25 of a teaspoon for a 5 ounce glider).
