We also live in an apt. (2nd story). Our cage is 31/2 x 2 x 2. I have lugged it outside to clean it and when the weather is right, it's not so bad. I have heard of some people putting the cages in their showers, unfortunately mine is too small. I too would like to hear other suggestions!

: Hello all. As the intro says I need some advice on my cage situation. I have a breeder pair, I will house in the cage, which are currently in rather small cage. I'm looking at something in the 3 to 4 ft high range. Problem is I live in an apartment, and cleaning could be a problem with something that big. Any suggestions for cleaning...lugging it outside to a place to clean will be harder with the bigger cage, but I want the room the bigger cage gives....is there some sort of dry clean meathod?
