First you need to make sure they are in some sort of Violation with either the Texas laws, USDA laws, or animal cruelty laws. Have you tried to talk with them about what makes you feel this way? If not, try that first, If so then look on my front page. I have a link to the USDA regulations and standards, which is what is considered to be in accordance with USDA laws. Also on that front page is a link to my State restrictions page , it will have a contact for the state fish and game/wildlife etc. for Texas. Then you can contact you local humane society.. There is a young woman (I am not giving her name to protect her from any possible harrassment)here who just went through all this, at first she was pretty bummed, cause it didn't seem as if anything would get done, however, it wasn't long at all, a couple of days, before all the agencies closed in and cleaned it up. All you can do is what you can..so don't be disgruntled, as long as the agencies are aware of a complaint, they must investigate it.
