: problem number 1)lucy has started jumping from the shower curtain to the tub wall and falling 4-5 feet to the bottom, i'm afraid she'll get hurt, why would she keep doing that? It looks painful, you'd think she'd learn!!!! : problem number 2) of all the foods i cut up and feed to the little fellas, they only eat their meat, glideraide and juice (baby juice with carrats or sweet potatoe) and yogurt mixed with carrots or sweet potatoe. their fruits and veggies are all over the bottom of the cage. they don't eat briskies, leadbeaters or mazuri. I've heard yogurt causes cataracts from cynthia, where to i research that at? well my glider plays in my moms room in the morning and he will sometimes go to the top of the door on the clothes hook and jump all the down. now it sounds painfull but that is natural with them in the wild so don't really worry about it. just make sure she gets enough calcium. if it hurts her she will learn. i think during the summer i am going to put a small fan pointing to the ceiling so that when my glider jumps he will glide with the fans up draft so that he will get the feeling of gliding in the wild. sometimes when i am eating cereal my glider will run up to the bowl and snatch up whatever i am eating and lick some milk. milk never seems to be a problem for him. i don't feed it on a daily bases at all hardly ever but he seems to be fine with it. i just wouldn't suggest feeding it till we know more about it and gliders reactions with it. it seems to me that gliders are not very well researched yet. we know about them and there diets somewhat but we don't know everything yet like we do with say hamsters and other critters.
