Kiwi's are just fine, fruit and seeds. But at least mine just don't like them.
Sorry I spaced the apple seeds, I personally always think of seeds as part of the inedibles, but should have made it clearer. Thats the great benefit of a forum like this, with multiple replies to all msgs!

They don't mention much on fruit. Some common, safe fruits/veggies are:
apples, apricots, banana, blueberries, broccoli (sm amts only), cantaloupe, carrots, coconut, corn (sm amts only), grapefruit, grapes, green beans, honeydew, kiwi, mangos, oranges, papaya, peaches, pears, peas, pineapple, plums, raisins (sm amts only), squash, strawberries, sweet potatoes, watermelon. Excepting kiwi, remove all seeds. If humans don't eat the rinds/skin of a fruit, don't give it to your glider (ex. watermelon rind, pineapple, etc).
