As much as I don't agree with having gliders shipped (personal opinion) due to stress on the gliders, I must disagree with you on this point. I know several people that have had their gliders shipped to them and also many breeders who ship. I have heard too many horror stories about shipping animals to ever do this myself, but I believe that if weather conditions and packing conditons are optimal that things turn out okay.
