: the one female(Kia) never bonded real good to me.The other female(Tia) loves to come out and play and jumps right on me when I open her cage. She(Kia) keeps to herself. Does not like to come out and play. I feel that she would be the one that bitches and would out a new male.

Chris, even though Kia may not have bonded as closly aas you would have liked, she is still bonded to YOU. Again it would not be fair to this trusting entity to just trade her off. Please try this, spend more time with her for awhile, atleast a month. Give her some special treats and carry her around in a pouch during the day when she's asleep. There may still be a chance for her to bond closer to you. Also as Bourbon mentioned by seperating the girl you might actually cause the friendly one to become depressed, which would defeat the whole reason that you got gliders in the first place. Remember how it was for you when as a child you or your best friend had to move away? Remember how much it hurt? The differance is that you could reason that you would make new friends gliders can't do that. They are also very territorial and thae adjustment period would be hard for both you and the new glider as well as the female. Please give my suggestions a chance since it is for the health and wellbeing of your gliders. Glider love and nibbles, Diana
