Denis, what do you plan on doing with the babies? are you keeping them? As Cynthis said, once removed, it will be difficult to reintroduce them back to mom and dad. You won't have to worry about the in breeding till they are at least 12 weeks oop.. my males are still still mom and dad and they are 22 weeks, dad won't allow the youngun's to get any..:) don't be in a hurry to separate them, by the time they are 12 weeks oop they are just about ready to leave mom and dad willingly..you won't have to worry about the crying..
