in moderation, like a little piece every great while would be fine, Jess, be careful of all the additives and preservatives in the processed, and I think as Kim had said that the processed is even higher in sodium.. Some gliders won't eat seafood of any kind, tuna or otherwise, but a little won't hurt them..
