: Hi,I'm new at this chatting thing. But was wondering if you might help. My sons sugarglider is not eating much at all. I even went and bought her a papaya because she loves them. She wouldn't even eat that. Just licked it. I got her to lick a little yougurt off my finger. but that is about all. Oh, and she did eat a peanut. She acts fine. Runs around normal. doesn't seem sick at all. What can it be? Should I worry. She is usually a healthy eater. I must admit I'm as attached to her as my son is!

go down to january 21 where i post "my two problelms" bourbon was a tremendous help to me with the same problem. picky eaters. sometimes though i think they just go through a cycle , like kids. mine will eat for a while then slow down. i was feeding them too much variety and giving large amounts. you didn't mention what else you offer her. I give glideraide, (good nutrition supplement) 33-50 percent of some meat, chicken, tuna or scambled eggs (in teflon with no added oils or butter) and they really love melons and grapes. go to the supermarket, mine has small fruit cups with melon, grapes ect for 1.99 and i have some variety already semi cut up. then i top it off with a juice, (water is always availabe) and i leave dry food of brisky's or mazuri for nimbling.
