: I have been a glider owner for just over a month and found this page the first day that I had Flea. I was able to get info about Fleas diet, bonding and health at this site. The people that come here are very passionate owners (as you will soon find out) and will let you know if they don't agree with how you take care of your baby. But all comments that are on this page are for the good of the glider. Perhaps you could share some stories of how you bonded with your baby, what are her likes and dislikes?
: Wendi

Thanks for welcoming me into the glider gossip ring Wendi! Aspen loves a number of things. For playtime her favorite is running around in her hamster ball ALL over my room, bumping into to walls. (o= It's the cutest thing. I can't seem to teach her to slow down before she runs into something. Normally she'll chase me when I walk around. She also plays with ribbons that I have hanging around my room simply for her entertainment. Though I have to watch and make sure she doesn't eat them. That's one thing I can't figure out about her. She chews on EVERYthing. A book I have says that means she's not getting a proper diet (but I know she is. I feed her such a variety, and a healthy one to, I think) and another book says that they just need to chew to keep their teeth filed down. I don't know who to believe. As far as her favorite foods, she loves corn the best, sweet potatoe babyfood (by the way, is babyfood okay to feed them?) and leadbeaters mix. She loves strawberry and peach yogurt, but I only feed it to her
every few days otherwise she eats only yogurt and corn. I never let her eat just favorites and not the other stuff too. She devoured a rasin which she stole from the other day. Are rasins good for them, or bad. I haven't given her another one until I know for sure it won't do her any harm. Anyway, that's just an introduction to all the cute and crazy things my baby does while she's not asleep in my pocket. Off to class now! Thanks again Wendi! Hope to talk to others of you soon! --AmyMichelle, and Aspen!
