Try this little trick, sit in a comfortable chair (or floor) as close as you can get to her cage. Have a SOFT light on and read a book to her out loud for 30 minutes a day. Speak in a tone that is nurtiring, as if you were telling a child a bedtime story. Stop and look at her now and then, you can even leave her cage door open but do not make any motions toward her at all, no fingers in cage etc. Feed her when you are done (for the first few days don't try to havee her eat off your hand or anything)this allows her to get comfortable with you slowly, see that you bring rewards, and come out on her own terms.
