Sometimes it happens, I know someone posted in here recently about their glider losing part of their tail. If its healing fine, then theres no problem. Watch her carefully, every night for awhile to assure that there is no other problems like your other gliders bothering her, or she starts chewing on it. If she starts chewing on it or any other problems pop up, take her to a vet.
It will take her awhile to get her balance back, but they can do just fine with half a tail. She might have some problems at first when gliding, so watch for that. Otherwise, just be sure to love her lots anyway.
