Hi, I'm moving to the Rio Grande Valley in 7 weeks. I'd like to know if there is anyone from the area? Also anyone in the TN/KY border area that wants to get together, me and bourban would love to see you!

My first pair of Joeys are now gone to their new homes. It isn't as heartbreaking as I thought as I still keep in touch with each of their people pets to see how they are getting along. We have a new joey, Pickle, who is a sweetheart and will be very spoiled since he is now the only "baby" left at home. Mom and dad are doing great. For those of you who are aware of the trauma Fuzzy & I went through during his puberty months, I'm very pleased to announce that fatherhood has agreed with him and now that he knows what it is all about he is all too happy to be OUT of the cage with me and not stressing over protecting his mate and kids. Sounds like some husbands I know:). They cossett their wives during the first pregnancy and then afterwards it's like, No big deal. :) He is also accepting my husband and will recieve treats and allow him to hold the baby with no arguement. It finally seems as if everything is fitting together like it should. Hope all of you are doing as well. Ashjan.
