Last year we just did anything to try to cool down! It was about a zillion degrees out! When we were planning it to be big last year there were plans on having people do kinda seminars on different topics like bonding and diets. We still talked alot about our gliders, but we also got to know each other too. As for your glider not being ready, well mine aren't either. I attended last year without mine and will most likely be going solo again this year. At first I felt stupid going to a Glider Getaway with no glider, but they all made me feel so welcome and I learned so much that I was able to come home and use on my babies that it made the trip more than worth while. Dean even let me hold Smokey in my pocket for awhile... too cool!
Just see what happens between now and July.... only you will know whats right for your baby! :)
BTW... if I'm coming out from the other side of the world, I don't wanna hear any lame excuses for not comin'! hehehe
