: Do it during the day, when the glider is too sleepy to argue much. Keep the glider in the pouch or wrapped in a piece of fabric, and take one paw out at a time. Only clip the very tip of the nail...if you look at the nail, you will see little veins (pink area) at the base of it, and pure white at the tip. Be very careful not to clip into the pink part! Just the tip. Don't clip their dew claws (the joined grooming nails on their back paws).
