I don't know what's in hummingbird nectur. I used kerns nectur from the grocery store. but it's not a "complete" supplement like glideraide. where do you get hummingbird nectur and how much does it cost? kerns'is about 1.70 and comes in apple,mango, and apricot flavors for variety!!! plus i use baby food juice (apples with carrots or sweet potatoe for vitamins A)
