I don't know how common, but I can tell you my pair are 2 and 1 1/2 yrs old, they don't even mate, much less have joeys. I hope someday it will change, but until then I just enjoy the pair I have. I've also heard about gliders that have joeys at jut 6 months oop. I'd love to know which is more common.
