I don't know about the arm chewing - babies nibble a lot. Could she be telling you she's hungry? On the peeing, have you tried putting her on newspaper right after you pick her up or when she wakes up until she goes on the paper? SGs are very smart and will quickly learn to use the paper. I still get wet sometimes, but this has helped a lot.
