I agree with you Bourbon. It seems like ever since I decided to get another glider (which will be a boy to go with the neutered boy I have now) I have noticed all of these posts that say, "Gliders are better when you have more than one. Boys will fight unless one is neutered so female/male pairs seem to be more compatible". Well if neutering is discouraged then you start to run out of choices. I think maybe this leaves a lot of people feeling like an unneutered male/female couple is the best, yet then you get babies. I think a good idea would be to clarify what would be best for the situation. Then again, you can talk your day away here and stupid people will still make stupid choices about things. Especially if they are new at owning a glider. That was my main thought when I decided to get another glider. My mindset was "I am JUST getting used to ONE glider. How the heck would I know how to care for BABIES!?!?" But not everyone has the forthought I suppose.....
