My weedeil does that with his tail alot. Sometimes, he does it when he's scared or mad, but most the time he does it when he's really content..ie..playing with his wooden ladder, chewing on a piece of apple, etc. I think it's just a personality thing, some gliders do it alot, some do it every once in a while, some never do it! Of course, that's just my personal opinion!
