My female does that whenever she is playing with me. By playing with me I mean that she chases string, and does this kind of shuffle thing...like playing with a dog, I advance she runs, I back off she chases. But she always has that weird loop going when she does it. Her stance reminds me of a playful dog. My male has never done it, play or put his tail in that loop.
