I was wondering if it is possible to put the little one with the male for awhile and see if they can bond.. Hopefully then the other female will become a slight bit lonely and will want the both of them for company.. I would watch them to ensure they do not get stressed out, but it sounds like something needs to happen soon for the little ones sake..
