These are just my thoughts but...I do not feed my gliders cat food under ANY circumstances!! It is way too controversial. What I feed my gliders, and what I think you should check out is the Taronga Zoo Diet located on Ruth's Home Page. Of all the glider diets that Ive looked at, I think this one is the best. There is a link to it on this page. I stick to this diet completely and never feed yogurt, or cheese either. I hope this helps!!
