Hi, haven´t been around much due to work. Just wanted to update everyone who wants to know on my four little babies.
Neon and Mary are not fully bonded to me yet, and I think they won´t be and are fine with their life situation as it is now (I take them out of their cage every second day and let them run around the living room for a few hours. (Although every evening I have to be VERY creative to find a way to get them back into their cage. I think Mary is pregnant again (can´t see anything yet, but She´s getting crabby again like during her first pregnancy.) Neons doing fine, also, eating well and everything.
Their two little daughters (Silk and Velvet - my girlfriend chose the names) I´ve moved to a second cage to prevent inbreeding. Although they look exactly the same, they couldn´t have much more different personalities. Silk is fully bonded and very friendly even to strangers, while Velvet is somewhat more....lets say "independent". She crabs when I come near her, evades my hands and even bit me once. However, I think it will become better - yesterday she "forgot" to crab until she had snuggelt up in my shirt, then started lunging at me viciously but wouldn´t leave me either. Maybe she just needs her peace a little bit more than her sister.
