: If we let them wake up on there own they don't get up till 3am and stay up 10 or 11 how can we get them to get up earlier at night?

Mine are the same way, but since I'm not a night owl, every night about 9pm, I take their pouch out of the cage, and start feeding them their mealworms/crickets/treats, and just pet them. I make them come out of their pouch and onto my lap to get their food, they grab it and run back in. Then I put the pouch back into their cage, they are up within 5 minutes. Then its play time.
After 2 years of this habit, they are awake when I open their cage, and will often jump right out onto me. They know its treat time.
