Actually you are wrong there. If a breeding pair of glider got loose in CA they would prosper and breed like crazy in the mild climate of CA. With the abundant plantlife and insects in no time at all CA would be severly impacted. Get a history book and read what rabbits and wild boars did to Australia. Gliders could be very destructive to native plants.

If you are breeding I urge you to neuter any males you sell. Soon or later some is going to get tired of a pet or two and just release them. IF that happens and it is traced back to you you will probably be looking at jail time and huge fines for damaging an ecosystem. It is time for Californians to take their animal restrictions seriously.
