First, the West Coast pretty much equals California, where they are illegal.
Second, if you are wanting a boy AND a girl it sounds like you may be thinking of breeding them. The topic on this board lately is breeding gliders. Before you get to thinking about it too much you may want to scroll down and read all the comments on breeding them.
Third, your price for a glider is a little low for what most sell them for.
