Hi, I am new to this site. I have a new female who is scared (i dont blame her). She lets me take her out, but wants to jump as far away from me as she can. i dont want her wandering the house yet, i dont think she would be inclined to come back to me if she did. When i hold her, she jumps. would a leash help the situation up front (for the time being)? any advise? i was thinking of holding her in an empty bathtub so she cant run far if she wants to wander and avoid me.
