I am the one that suggested switching the pockets tee's. I am glad to see that you are being consistant with that. I personally believe it has helped in the bonding process, due to the fact you have YOUR scents with her ALL the time. You said you spent 9 hours with her that day.. did you carry her in your pocket with you? As for will she get worse? Well that is a matter of opinion..I will have to say (in my opinion) that as long as you spend time with her and continue doing what you are doing the bond will only get better, there will be days that she is more active than others and as with children sometimes they can get a little tempermental, but for the most part things will only get better for the two of you. Whatever you do though never drop your protective guard and assume that since she has bonded that something can't startle her or scare her terribly. I have one that has bonded with me extremely well, and she doesn't like to be left behind for even a day. I just went on a short trip (3 days) and left her home with my husband. She loves him but not as much as me. And I knew she would be well taken care of. When I got home she really was trying to show me she was upset ,(you left me, now I am mad) she wouldn't come to me when I got home or the next day. So tonight she will be back to normal and I will say again "I won't do that again". I failed to think of how she might feel if I left her for a few days, I thought I was doing the right thing by leaving her with someone she knew well and trusted, but the fact is she missed me terribly. Hang in there everything is alright and you are doing great...Good Luck..
