: As some of you know I got Flea right after Christmas. This morning I had Flea in the bathroom with me as I was getting ready for work. He was running around on the floor and climbing on things as usual. I turned around to leave the bathroom for a minute and tripped over my cat (who I didn't know was in there) and I fell against the bathroom door. I heard a crunch sound and quickly got up to see Flea smashed in the doorway. When I fell against the door, I slammed the dor shut while he was there and broke his neck. I was in hysterics for....well I am still a bit hysterical. I really love Flea and feel like a terrible, terrible mom. He and I were finally really bonding. I even just baught a new purse just for him that he loved hanging out in. I can't believe that happened this morning. I walked out of the bathroom crying and when I went back in there my cat was lying right next to Flea's body. It really seemed to upset my cat too. (some of you know that Flea got his name because he liked to ride around on my cats back). I know it was a total accident but this accident cost a life. I feel so guilty.
