First of all, don't panic. You sound a little frantic and everything sounds like it is exactly as it should be. You didn't say anything about the male trying to hurt the female or anything like that.
You see, gliders are communal animals which means they need to be together. Kinda like a family. As long as the gliders are fed a proper diet, their cage kept clean, and they are spoiled rotten everything should be fine. Just watch their behavior for anything really out of the ordinary. You also didn't mention if this is her first pregnancy.
