I am known by Bourbon in the glider community, not to mention many other places...It is my nickname, has been since I was 15.. she wouldn't realease any info without my REAL name...it was not an anon post.. nor was it an anon call. asking anyone in the glider community (veterns) they all know who I am, most of them don't even know my REAL name, no more than I need to know anyone elses real name.. just something I can relate to.. for instance.. You.. I know you as ID, not wendi, so your real name isn't important to me.. all that is important.. is when we are looking for past posts, regarding your gliders, then we know where to look,, a mental face with a name.. any name.. but something we can refer to..not only that there are others that have come in with their real names, that were the same as mine.. so I use a name, that is unique.. different.. cause many newbies come in using their real names, and there may already be one.. that is what happened to MS Shell... at one time we had 3 Michelle's, so we opted to give her a name that wouldn't be confused with someone else.. As I have been talking to Mary about the same thing...
