i just knew everyone would say that. at least ive found a new vet with more experience with gliders. He is going later today. thank you all for your advise, i will let you knoow what the vet says.

: about 2 months ago i noticed my glider's tail seemed slighly kinked one evening. i took him to the vet, my vet has some experience with gliders but not lots. he said it would be ok, it didnt feel broken. it seemed ok for awhile after that, i figured it was just scabbing. he could move it even at the tip, he can curl it around my finger. he still can.
: im not so sure its scabbing anymore, im afraid its falling off. its like a string was tied around the tail, and tightened, a depression in his tail all round. and its swollen for almost 1/2 inch above the 'tightened' area.
: this has developed slowly over the last 2 months, he is otherwise healthy and happy, and it doesnt bother him when i touch his tail. has anyone experienced anything like this before? im hesitant to bring him back to the vet, for the vet to charge me 50 dollars and tell me its going to fall off. but if theres a chance to save his tail, i should.
: please give advise
